Please respond to the following four questions regarding your agency’s cancellation policies and non-refundable fees.

Remember: these should not include any fees charged by GeoVisions as those will be listed separately by us. Answers should be in USD if possible.

What fee(s) is your agency charging in the event GeoVisionsor the State Department announces program cancellation?*
What fee(s) is your agency charging if the exchange visitor decides to cancel participation/withdraw from the program?*
What fee(s) is your agency charging if program is canceled due to GeoVisions not being able to provide a summer job placement?*
(Example: Host Employer cancels and a new placement cannot be secured.)
Are there any additional fees that agency will charge if Summer Work Travel program does not proceed in any of the three scenarios?*
